We hope you loved your order from Sora Seven, but if not we offer returns for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of delivery date.  Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition. If we deem your items have been worn, we will not be able to process your return. 

All sale items noted FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.  In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.
